Sure, this was a complex issue but one year later – get real. The meeting I attended achieved nothing, whilst I pushed for a solution, it was stopped as the parties refused to deal. I had been away for almost a year when I was on leave without pay. Now another year later, this issue is still not resolved and despite a series of meetings, it has gone nowhere.
